Oracle ERP Test Manager

Description: This role supports a global engineering group undergoing a major digital transformation through the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP. Following 18 months of core model design and early deployments, the group is now entering a critical phase: the regional deployment of the core model across the Middle East and India

• Define and execute the UAT strategy.
• Coordinate end-to-end UAT planning.
• Work closely with Regional Business Process Owners.
• Procurement, Projects (PPM), and Reporting.
• Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA).

5 domaines de responsabilité:

• 8+ years in ERP testing, with at least 3+ years on Oracle Fusion Cloud. (ERP/EPM/PPM).
• Proven track record of leading UAT phases for global/multi-country ERP rollouts.
• Strong test management and defect triage capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to drive collaboration across IT.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
