Join our ‘Skills Access’ Resolution Groups

OracleContractors.com has been incubating our Skills Access service with a select group of Contractors as well as the Directors from our local world-wide office working with a number of clients. The aim of Skills Access is to provide access to a Global Network of Oracle Contractors for clients that require adhoc work remotely in 15 minute increments and / or adhoc days on site - 24 x 7 x 365 as well as the skills and experience that this Network can offer and at unbeatable value.

We have been very successful with the clients that have signed up to the service and we believe it is now ready for marketing to the Oracle E - Business Suite install base Globally, and to that end we wish to talk with Oracle Contractors that have a desire to perform adhoc work remotely and / or be available on short notice for adhoc days on site.

All Skills Access requests are managed by our 3 Regional Help Desks and are routed to the appropriate Resolution Group and individuals for action. The routing is dependant on many factors e.g. location, type of issue or request, an approximated timeline for resolution / completion, remote work or the need for on site attendance, and of course the client preference and much more.

We operate a Global Service & Support System (GSSS), that is accessible from any internet connection and each individual that joins a Resolution Group has full use of the system. With a Self Service Portal accessible over the internet it also allows clients to log their own ‘cases’ and track them through to completion - they can also telephone the Help Desk.

The GSSS offers a level of insight not only from a progress of issue or request but also in terms of time tracking and reporting. This way it offers full transparency between the clients and the Contractors that have joined the OracleContractors.com Resolution Groups.

We have formalised SLA’s in place for support orientated ‘cases’ and give indicative time lines for change request ‘cases’. All members of the Resolution Groups have to sign up to the SLA’s.

With a globalised price list we believe this to be the most cost effective and efficient way to address adhoc work.
